6 Month Warranty & Tech Support: All our projects are backed by a 6 month warranty and tech support via Email/ Skype/ Phone. Any bugs detected during this period will be fixed free of cost.

Detailed Project Plan: We provide a detailed project blueprint before commencing the project. This include Wire frame prototype showing all major screens, design mockups & templates. We use a dedicated Projects web application for correspondence so all files, designs, templates and reviews are documented. This has proved invaluable for client and project communication.

Complete Source Code & copyright: All source code (except 3rd party components) and design source files will be submitted to the client on project completion. Source code will be documented for easy upgrades in the future.

Detailed Training Manuals and courses where applicable on completion, we will complete a detailed manual which will show users how to use and manage the program.
Additional training can also be arranged at your offices or at the Web Sight office.

Our technical team based in Southern India have a team of qualified Software Engineers with either a Master’s degree in Computer science/B.Tech from reputed universities in India.

If you have a detailed specifications document, we will evaluate and analyze it to prepare a proposal. If you only have a rough outline of the project requirements, we will work with you to create a specifications document.
