ISO 9001: 2008 is recognized as the international norm for quality management standards and sets out a framework for policies, procedures and records to control and maintain quality standards within an organization.

The award represents international recognition of quality service by Web Sight Technologies and its distinguished management standards.

Essential requirements for ISO 9001:2008 include the setting up of a QMS (Quality Management System), which is a group of interrelated elements used by an organization to control and supervise the methods of implementing quality policy and achieving quality goals. Also key is to make effort to ensure consumer’s satisfaction through products and services that are in line with and meet the consumers’ expectations. Such requirements also include constant planning and development by QMS; taking decisions based on facts, not on personal presumptions or predictions; building a business culture and encouraging effective participation; as well as, enhancing the skills and potentials of employees.
